We are pretty much settled in our new home and the holidays are behind us. I was waiting to begin a new art class until now.

Please tell me fellow artists and artist in the making, what you are doing and who is teaching you and do you like them and where I should sign up.

I'm interested in taking oil painting lessons. Are any offered at the Rec Centres, or is it all water colour?

While we're having fun let's not forget that Gracie is looking for a place to practice her artistic talents! We don't want to deny the world of another Renior or Monet now do we?

Bare, here's a link to the VAA website for oil painting. I'm sure there are more classes, but it's a start: http://visualartsassociation.com/oil...ilpainters.htm

I know this is not going to fit in with all the jocularity thus far, but I plan to take a class in pencil drawing soon. I don't know when or where, but I'm gonna do it. I took one several years ago, but I think I need a refresher or maybe a booster.
