Default Comcast has changed my channels

Has anyone seen a deletion of some of there available channels, and added others this week?

The music channels are available on all boxes now, not just the xfinity1 box. Several channels were added, but only if you have that plan.

About a year ago, I was watching The Discovery Channel and in the middle of a program it went out. I checked and I was getting all of the other channels. I called and asked what was going on and was told that I was getting that by mistake but not to worry, I wouldn't be charged for the months that I received it.

A few months ago, I was watching Palladia and the same thing happened. I called again and they had no idea why that happened and that they would look into it. Nothing happened, but I noticed that at the same time, I began getting Discovery again.

This company, like so many huge corporations is so screwed up that no one really has any idea what is going on. They don't even know their own rules and policies. Depending on who you talk to on the phone, you'll get different answers to the same questions.

As soon as I can find an internet provider with low cost streaming, I am gonna dump Comcast, I already am receiving HDTV by Air.
