Default What ever happened to restrictions on outdoor decorating?

We were told in the past that restrictions dictated what we cannot have in front of our homes, here in The Villages. I've noticed lately a bright green-painted driveway with shutters of another green on the house. A religious statue outside of another home, & a triple-light lamppost in front of yet another house. Have restrictions been lifted in Belle Aire (Sumter County)?

Apparently, all those items you mentioned meet the approval list. As far as I know, restrictions have not been lifted. There are more restrictions dictating lawn ornaments and such south of 466 than north of 466. I would look at your convenants and restrictions to find out for sure. :'(
