What happened?
Haven't had a chance to be on TOTV for awhile, and when I returned, all I see are items for sale. So what happened? I miss the friendly banter about places to eat, movies to see, reviews and general info.

I believe they are having technical difficulties. Also, I had a few items posted to the Classified section and deleted them when they sold. Low and behold I kept getting calls telling me they were still showing for sale. I found them in the Items for Sale Section and had to delete them from there as well.

Agree, mostly things for sale. Even when I do hide classifieds I still have mostly items for sale. Going to take a break from totv.

I agree, I go on TOTV every day to see what is happening in the Villages. Lately all the posts seem to be items for sale and I don't need any more "stuff." I'm also probably going to take a break from TOTV because it is of little interest to me to read about all the items for sale.

I have noted this before. I want to read about what is happening in The Villages not pages and pages of what people are selling. I do not understand why those posts cannot be transferred immediately to Classified. There are about 12 pages of selling items I am not interested in wading through. Maybe if enough complain it will be fixed.

I view TOTV on my tablet or phone through the app called Tapatalk. It allows you to control what you see and I never see items for sale.
On my desk top, I don't see items for sale either, unless I click into classifieds. Maybe you guys have it set to view all new posts? I go to the General or New Members forum most often. |

And it's still going on. "Hide classifieds" is enabled and all I see are items for sale.

Me too! I just log on select New Posts and log right back off again to get rid of all the Items for Sale.
