If you want electrical efficiency, a model with the freezer on top is your choice, since hot air rises and cold air naturally falls downward. Side by side refrigerators and ones with freezers on the bottom are energy hogs by comparison. Through-the-door automatic ice makers and water dispensers also consume significant energy and waste internal space. If you can live without them, all the better. My current top-freezer refrigerator consumes about 1/3 the power of my older side-by-side with ice/water dispenser.

We bought an LG LFX31925ST for our lunchroom at work a while back. It is very quiet and, so far, not problems at all. It has a bottom freezer with drawers. I wish I could trade it for that hunk of GE junk I purchase for our home a few years back.
