In the Caribbean? They should be able to make good ones at any place that has Orgeat. Ask and if they have it, they’ll make a good one. Hopefully…..

I see the OP missed this. I’ll give you my 2 cents.

Plymouth is the gin I use in most cocktails… except a plain martini, in which case I use Tanqueray.

The only Cachaca I could find at total wine is the one I use. But if you ever sail on NCL, they have a Brazilian restaurant and bar where they serve these and they use a different brand.

Don’t’ know about the Manhattan. Sorry.
