One lesson I learned during that time is that cheap is not cheap. In this situation a better made item will last 5-6 years while you will be lucky to get two years out of something that had a bargain price. The lower price item either breaks or shows it's wear much faster. People will not pay money to rent a place with broken or dingy stuff.
We are currently renting a designer while our house is being built. In this case, both the couch and love seat are recliner combinations. So from the OP's point that is a easy solution.
This house was finished in early 2016, and the high traffic items are showing some issues. With 600-1000 homes available to rent, I would not come back here if I were a seasonal renter.
The reason we even own a home in TV is because the rentals in many parts of FL that took dogs became rattier and rattier. I guess renters automatically assumed dogs would wreck the furniture and carpets, so they went with cheap or used to begin with. While that assumption may be true, it wasn't with us, and we became disgusted with available pet-friendly rentals.

Our friends furnished their TV rental villa with a king size bed in each bedroom, and couch and two loveseats (that all recline) in the living room. The former owners had two chairs, one end table and NO lamps in the same living room. Our friends' furniture is new and very comfortable. And it all fits fine.

Whenever we rent a **** or airbnb anywhere, I ex out anything that doesn't have decent living room furniture. Our ageing backs can't take uncomfortable cheap furniture.

Doing a search on the website noted in post #12, you will find 20 CYV's that accept pets and are available for April 2018. That is, IF the homeowner has kept their ad updated.

Hulahips, I am very familiar with the rental site mentioned, so I did a search of Courtyard Villas that are available for April 2018, allow pets, and have at least one recliner. I ruled a few out because I think the furniture may not be comfortable. Check the properties below, just type in their number using the search function.

#'s 1842, 5000, 2015, 3974 5278, 3701. The higher the number means the listing is newer. Good Luck!!
