Default What are these?

On the soffit with partial cover flapping in breeze. Found a bigger piece on the ground which just crumbled, Wondering what they are and who to call to repair

The cover that is flapping does not appear to be broken but certainly does not cover the whole opening

My guess would be bathroom exhaust vents.

I agree bathroom vents, you need to get these covered so you do not get intruders. I would go to ACE hardware with your photo and some measurements for replacements.

Default Lambroundereave vents

They’re under-eave vents. Or soffit vents as some people call them. They are for your bathroom exhaust fans. The size you need are the 4” ones. Ace sometimes has them, as does Amazon. Easy to replace. I’ve done tons of them.
They eventually break down as they’re made of plastic
