Default What Are They Building?

I was wondering if anyone knows what The Villages is building on Hwy. 44? You know where the town of Brownwood is. Go toward Leesburg probably 2 miles or so. Any idea?

The shopping area down 44 will support the Fruitland Park build I assume. If you look behind it you can imagine the sea of homes that will be there.....and so it grows.

I saw plans for that about a year ago. It's supposed to be a golf chipping/pitching practice area.
