I have never posted a picture before. I tried copy/paste and it did not work.
When (if) I figure it out I will post it.

How about 70 feet lap pool ( longest in the villages )? It's for sale for Olympic swimmers.

Default Bidets are the BEST

Want to improve your life for under $500 add a bidet toilet seat. We have one in each bathroom. I learned while traveling in Japan that this is the best way to comfort and cleanliness. Look up Brondell washlet 300. You'll need a gfci outlet installed near the toilet for power.

2 sided gas fireplace (one side is in the extended living room and the other side is in the additional sitting area of the master bedroom)

2 lovable and adorable Papillons. They make my house worth more than money can buy.

If you’re serious about getting a whole house generator, if you sign the contract today, you might have to wait until 2022 to have the whole house electric generator installed. We ordered our whole house generator in January, a month after moving to Florida, and we’re still waiting. Maybe another month or two before we have the generator installed. The total cost is about $13K. If we didn’t have natural gas service, it would be a few thousand dollars more for the buried propane tank.

I think fireplaces in Florida are a total waste of money! We were surprised how many fireplaces we saw in Florida homes when we were house hunting. We had natural gas fireplaces in Minnesota in two different homes. We used the fireplace maybe 10 times after first moving in the house, then never again. To us, fireplaces are highly overrated. I guess we are just not fireplace people.

We aren’t beach people eithet. Once a month or every other month is enough. After a few hours, we’re tired of the beach. Some people are beach people and hang out at the beach at least 8 hours a day, almost every day.

Our Annamaria courtyard villa has the largest window configuration in our master bedroom that I’ve seen in TV homes—8 feet wide. Our first home here—a Designer—had one standard window in the master bedroom, maybe about 3 feet wide. What a difference!

And hubby and I thought we had a lot of wine at 300 bottles! 1000, impressive! Can I ask, where did you put your wine cooler?

I disagree. We had a wood burning fireplace in our living room in our Tampa house ( easily convertible to gas) and we used it a lot. We only used Duraflame logs. It w@s beautiful when the Christmas tree was up.

Miss our fireplace.
