There are quite a few snow bird homes here and who knows if they got hit or not. Mine was the only occupied home that it happened to and it was negligence, they had a schematic showing where the clean out was and it was not buried or covered, they just didn't bother looking.

Talked with CDD Utilities today and they assume no responsibility it is in the hands of the contractor. Three down and none to go.

They did acknowledge that they were contracted by them and all communications should be with Jacobs. I am getting my re-imbursement from Jacobs although they told them that it was mailed last week and it is not here so don't think they are telling the truth. One month today since this happened.
