Is there more than one fence? The OP said the fence was west of McDonald's (between McDonald's and Walgreen's). Now you say there is a fence east of McDonald's - future location of PDQ.

You hit the nail on the head. That McDonalds has to be a gold mine with all the construction traffic it gets. I guess PDQ is hoping to jump on the bandwagon.

Either store especially Costco would need a parking lot much bigger than that lot not to mention the space the actual store would take up.

PDQ will be going onto the lot between McDonald's and Tire Choice. Construction vehicles were on the plot today. What's going on with the fenced-in lot is still a question, I believe.
