Do you need to have a lawyer when you buy a new home in TV? Do you think its a good idea to have one when you buy? What about having a home inspection on a new home, once again, hire someone? Just trying to put it all together. Thank you to all who respond.

no lawyer needed, The Villages is very helpful in closings and they give a one year warranty on new homes and they really do step up to it.
2 things... 1-after one year you're on your own. 2-we had an inspector come out at 11 months (found him here on a thread), he did a home inspection, filed the report with TV, and they called within 48 hours and had the list (short list, all minor) fixed just fine. |

No need for an attorney. I love JohnW's suggestion of an inspection just before the warranty expires.
