Default When did building start S. of 466?

Does anyone remember or know when construction of new homes began south of 466? I'm trying to ascertain the approximate ages of homes in the various parts of TV. I know the general progression was from the historic area to the Lake County areas south of SS. Then west/northwest up to Chatham. From there it gets murky for me and at some point they began construction south of 466. Hopefully some TV historian can put approximate dates with the various areas.

I believe they started drilling for the Rt. 466 water tower in the spring of 2002 and closed off the old paved road to Lake Miona (not there any more) to construct the new extension of Buena Vista Blvd and actually started construction later that year or early the next. Seems there was a lot of delays in court because some guy kept sueing the developer claiming the additional houses would use up all the water in the aquifer. I may be off a little... memory ain't what it used to be.

That's about right.
I bought in May 2004 when they showed me lots in Winifred....
HAD I bought there I pretty much had my choice of where I wanted to be.
The models they were showing at the time were west of Buena Vista towards The Belmont, Churchill & Pelican golf courses.
And homes in that area were done and populated.
