My dog Beau certainly solves some of our lizard problems. Also that of Doggie Doo Run Run, Sumter Landing, and various postal centers as well.

Villages PL probably is reading this and chuckling.

He lives in the same Village as I do, but I don't know his street address.
Otherwise I would have asked Community Watch to pop by and check on him.
VPL would probably be the first to remind me that it's none of my business.
But on TOTV, we're all friends, and we worry about each other.
Thinking about this unless he is in a very strange location in the Villages and/or has only snow birds as neighbors, the people who live around him would notice if something were wrong especially the people at the mail center, newspaper deliverers, lawn people, etc. And Neighborhood Watch too.

No cat or dog. They're meat eaters and meat is a "NoNo."

I think VPL reads the newspaper daily.
Presumably if he fell ill, the newspapers would be piling up in his driveway and a neighbor would notice.
I think that it's healthy to take a sabbatical from TOTV from time to time.
I wish I could do it -- it's probably easier if one doesn't have a home computer.

Is it stalking to ride through his neighborhood? I am not sure which villa group he lives in but know his village.

Nope! Just pretend you are looking for open houses.

Not stalking, but unnecessary. As Tal said, his neighbors will notice if anything is amiss.

I am so happy that I can go anywhere -- for any length of time -- and no overly-gabby poster starts a "worry campaign" on here about me. Then again, probably nobody cares...

Yeah, that's it.

But just in case, I'll be on Fernandina Beach next week, so rest easy.

Why are you going there? How are you getting there? You staying the whole week? Who else is going with you?

Not a good idea to announce on social media when and how long you will not be home. Many read this and they are not all friends.
