Sitting in my computer room in NJ watching the snow fall heavily. Should be lots of fun tomorrow. But that's O.K. cause we'll be back down on Jan 6th for 11 days to thaw out and can't wait.

At my home here outside of Buffalo NY. 21 degrees and light flurries. Nice to know we are going to totally miss the big storm everyone is talking about.
This time next year we will be full time Floridians...can't wait!!

Default Waiting for an airplane...

...to take us to The Village of Mallory Square on New Year's Day for our first winter's stay in The Villages (Jan-Feb_Mar). And waiting for the blizzard to strike. It's gonna be a long week .

holed up in the solarium watching the snow fall all 'round; christmas dinner ready to reheat; dear husband off to get gas for the snowblower we might not need since one of our local firemen stopped by to plow off the few inches that have already fallen - 'cause he is bored; husband will also swing past his firehouse to meet up with the guys for a post-christmas cigar; got the jets game on television; and best of all - there is no reason to ruch to get out of my jammies! of course, by tuesday i might be going crazy waiting to get out of this haven!

Sitting in my office (St Charles, MO) watching the Rams get beat by the Niners. I'm having dreams of packing my car and leaving for New Orleans, then TV at the end of January. I am hoping for record high temps in TV during February. Happy New Year to all.

Sitting on my patio in Waipio near Honolulu watching the birds in the rain. Went for an early morning 1 hour run in the rain and dark. Lived here for 43 years and have never had an AC or heater in the house. Moving to TV next year will be a real adventure for us. Better buy a jacket next year.

Back inside now, all warm and toasty but wondering how my sister is handling the snow in NJ. This blizzard is missing Syracuse this time so now I get a chance to call her and say "I don't know how you can live with all that snow!" Maybe this is what they need to buy a place in TV.

Sitting on the sofa with a throw on my lap and my computer by my side, here in TV, watching out the slider to my back yard. Palm trees and other trees near the cart path have fronds and leaves being really moved by the gusty winds. It's in the high 30's .....but there is NO SNOW!

Those of you dealing with the nasty weather, stay safe, stay warm.
