Not bad - only 2 snipes out of 33 - but, the post is young. Hopefully things will stay positive 'cause sometimes it really is true "absence makes the heart grow fonder".

Welcome back Gracie, yes you were missed. Sorry that sometimes we get a jerk to post hurtful things. It happens everywhere and we certainly can't take it personally. Maybe your typing finger just needed a rest I've also notice that PTurner hasn't been posting lately. Another wonderful poster who also loves the Village lifestyle. Miss her too.

Nonsense - this nannie, nannie, boo-boo has to stop. There is no clique; however, there are a good number of people that support Gracie's opinion on many things and choose to support her. There are also a good number of people that like Gracie because she is a kind, caring person. Yeah, sometimes she gets a little carried away with all things positive about TV, but I have seen her even cool her jets on that lately which is too bad 'cause that is something many love about Gracie.

To the both of you I say - be yourselves, respectful of each other, and call a truce.

You are right. As usual.

I hear where Gracie is coming from. I, too, was called a pretty bad name a while back and since I've not even "moved" there yet, I I thought it better that I be very quiet. Didn't want to be so disliked before I even got there.
I also noticed Gracie's absence, but, again I thought I shouldn't say anything - less I get slammed again. I truly appreciate Gracies opinion. I find her very insightful, level-headed, kind in her thoughts and words, and helpful. When she speaks, I really listen because she generally offers another side of a discussion that I need to consider.
As for the Morses, geez wiz- what do I care if or what her relationship is with them. I'll tell you one thing: I adore how she calls her hubby "Sweetie". I hope to meet her soon.
There are a great many genuine people on TOTV but there are a few "stinkers" too. I'm keeping quiet til I get there.....packing my "super-soaker".

I wanted to say that GracieGirl is a cotton headed ninny muggins, just to hear Gomoho say "nannie nannie boo boo" again.

But I've known Gracie for at least five years and all I can say is ... Gracie is a positive, compassionate, and generous lady. Sometimes it's hard to believe she is genuine because she is so darn nice and caring all the time. But she's the real deal. I've yet to hear her say anything mean, ever. And I hope she enjoys her cruise on the Morse's yacht.

It appears Gracie has returned to the forum after a short respite, so, this thread will be closed.

Some posts veered way off topic and started getting too personally directed, and not in a nice way. They were pruned out.

Let's try to be respectful of each other. Disagree without being disagreeable.
