Default White area on map

On The Villages' map, there is a large white area between 466 and El Camino. What is in the area?

Morris Compound. About a dozen or two homes belonging to the Morris family and friends. Lots of land for their horses. Recently there was a house for sale in the compound.

That would be Morse. Not Morris.

The developer.

I believe what you are referring to is included the polo property.

Actually, it is the Florida campus of Hogwarts... Any muggles viewing it become confused and wander off, convinced it is a large white space.

I believe the white area, is the Morse compound, and the polo fields.
