Why are so many people on this site so rude and inconsiderate?. The OP just asked a valid question seeking a little advice. Reaming them for not having “proof” that the person was drunk is ridiculous.

Actually police CAN and HAVE enforced excessive speed on multi modal paths. And when cited, fines can go over 1,000.00 dollars

You call the police for that town/county. It's the villages but there is a town that was there before the villages were built. Wildwood, Fruitland park, Lady Lake. All in Sumter county.
