Horses on the paths would soon require maintenance. Guess who will have to pay?

There are probably ordinances or some other laws about horses on roads or other kinds of paths.

Just google horse diaper and you can see these are real things. You mostly see them on carriages in towns where carriage rides are given.

many of us have to wear them why shouldnt the dogs? and I dont even poop on the trails
