.......Do I NOT remember professors in college saying that NO question IS a bad question? And I wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and I exercise and then I attempt to say what I have heard or read about a Forum subject in an attempt to add to and continue the DIALOG - nothing more, NO HIDDEN AGENDAS. ..........What I DON'T LIKE is posters lurking in the weeds waiting to SCREAM a me or others, "Your a crazy MORON that knows nothing" about whatever and whatever subject. That's just WRONG and not worthy of RESPECT by fellow ADULTS. |

..........And why are people from S. America risking their lives to enter the US from freezing cold Canada. The environment from which they came is too HOT for farming. They don't want to leave, but HEAT and bad government is forcing them NORTHWARD. Same thing is happening from HOT Africa. All these facts are tied together. It is impossible to dismiss Global Warming. .........And I thought it was humorous that one poster had a "hissie fit" because he looked up something that said ONLY 97% of world Scientists believe in Global Warming. And that PROVED how ERRONEOUS I am because I stated it at 99%. NOTE : only 97% ????? AND I EVEN think that 2% had to do with which year the survey was taken. |

26 by golf cart, 14.6 miles by car. I live up past the new First Responders Rec Center. Just shows all the extra drive I get to do with the tunnels, bridges, road crossings and paths through golf courses etc.

Rarely do I have cars lining up behind me in neighborhoods. I am going 20, they are going 20 so it is a nonissue.

Apparently you have a reading comprehension problem. I didn't call you a moron, I said you sounded like a moron. It find it ironic that you would accuse anyone of "screaming" since you are the one who consistently capitalizes words, which is the equivalent of yelling.

When it comes to anthropogenic warming I can always tell the clueless. They are the ones who use the "97%" number. I can guarantee that you have not read Cook's paper, the original source of this bogus number. I know this because if you had you wouldn't repeat it and you don't even know what was surveyed. The actual language of the question in a survey matters. If you did ask the following question of atmospheric scientists you would, however, have essentially 100% agreement: "Do you agree that there has been some anthropogenic warming?" The amount is open for debate along with how much additional will occur over the remainder of the century. People like you who get their knickers in a knot don't bother to actually read any real material. I suspect you read material that provides you with confirmation bias you seek.
If you bothered to read AR6, along with some peer reviewed journal articles, you would understand that the estimated 1C anthropogenic increase in surface temperatures (actually anomalies) has not had any impact on hurricanes. The IPCC believes that in the future we may have a decrease in hurricane frequency and some increase in intensity. As of today, there has not been any impact on frequency or intensity. There has been increases in the damage from hurricanes because of increased coastal building. Regarding the source of CO2, gas engines are a pretty small component. One estimate has passenger cars in the US contributing about 16% of the total US CO2 emissions. The entire US transportation industry is less than 1/3 of the total US CO2 emissions. On a world wide basis, passenger cars in the US contribute less than 3% of CO2 emissions. Going through life Grubered and gaslighted is no way to live. Quote:

You consistently post wrong information. You are repeatedly corrected on this forum but you continue posting wrong information. One would think that by now you would have put some time in to verify before serial posting. For example, the fact that the Chinese have nuclear powered subroutines is easily checked but it was easier to push your agenda by posting incorrectly.
