You are probably right.

That is the reason they called cavemen Hunter-gatherers and not just gatherers.

I have a Garmin but still like the paper map or Google map to make sure Miss Garmin is sending me in the right direction.

Miss Garmin's favorite phrase with me is "Recalculating".

I usually drive and my wife sits along side driving with the "second" steering wheel and applying "second" foot brakes as necessary.....!!!

Default Drivers...

We share the driving in the cart and in the car..not that anyone is better than the other. We like to look around as we are driving around, you get to see how neat this place really is !!! Try it sometimes !!!!!!

Nice to see all the replies. Now some additional observations from me.When I get behind a cart where the woman is driving I invariably have to slow down.I know everyone going to say what's your hurry, or you're not supposed to go over 20 m.p.h.
Here's my answer to what's the hurry? Even though most of us are retired all are not including myself .I need to get to work on time ,I need to make it to the golf course on time ,I need to make it to the softball fields on time. So although leisurely drives are nice they're not always in the plan. Also if you think you need to slow me down my answer to that is it's not up to you on how fast I go. If I'm going over 20 & I get stopped then I'll have to answer for my actions. Please don't get mad if I pass you.I'll only do this when it's safe to do so.

Aha!!! So your initial post had a hidden agenda.

I'll have you know my husband drives slower around the streets of TV than I do. Good thing for you we don't have a golf cart.

Think about this. When you have your stroke or heart attack will you female companion be able to drive you around? We all need to practice

My wife has her own golf cart & she drives just fine. When we're together though I drive. Don't know why that is. I guess it's always been that way in my life. It probably started when I started dating it was always the guy drove
