Don’t really matter if rates go up enough maintenance fees will go up. Got never ending supply of funds if needed.

Maintenance fees are not used for amenities. Amenity fee increases are limited by the deed restrictions as noted in post #8.

The CDDs are government entities, they are considered a Special Purpose government not quasi-governmental.

Owner(s) of the individual properties unless there is a contractual agreement. No one insures sidewalks.
