Default Who you gonna call?

Yesterday I noticed an irrigation head in one of the common areas had blow off and a geyser was in progress. I didn't know who to call. And since The Villages has so many departments and VCCDs I'm wondering if there is a main number that one can call when they see things like this.

I'm afraid if I keep several numbers, of all the various departments, etc. in my phone, I won't remember which one to call depending on what I see.

Do you call the same number for a broken gate that you would for a sink hole? How about an irrigation head?

Is there one number that can be called for any and all "semi" emergencies?

We call Community Watch too. I figure they will pass it along to the correct department.

Just this past week our neighborhood heard a constant smoke alarm going off, but nobody could pinpoint it. We called Community Watch and were very impressed at their response. They had a fire engine come to the area and they went door to door until they found the alarm, unfortunately it was a snowbird home!

I agree, call Community Watch. We had a similar situation where a broken sprinkler was spewing up a geyser at the entrance to the El Santiago Rec Center. We called Community Watch and they had someone there within 10 minutes to fix the problem!
