Default Saved by the Weather

WE just moved to The Village of Amelia on November 1st. We have been coming to TV for 10 years. TV is not for everyone , I think in this case we are lucky the weather is hot so this individual does not make a mistake and move here and be miserable .For the most part we are all happy to be here and enjoying life.

What say you ?

"Comply with the desires and needs of others".....that sounds familiar.

More information..............read first hyperlink.......then scroll down.

Passive Aggressive Personality Disorder | Peace and Healing

Earlier suppositions..........

* dissatisfied people who acted as if they were perpetually wounded (Aschaffenburg, 1922);
* fussy people with sour dispositions (Hellpach, 1920);
* depressives with ill tempers who were spiteful, malicious, and pessimistic (Schneider, 1923);
* people with irritable moods (Bleuler, 1924); and
* people who took everything hard and felt the unpleasantness in every situation (Kraepelin, 1913). (Millon & Radovanov, Livesley, ed., 1995, pp. 314-316).

The current criteria for the passive-aggressive personality disorder as proposed by the Personality Disorders Work Group for the DSM-IV includes:

* passive resistance to fulfilling social and occupational tasks through procrastination and inefficiency;
* complaints of being misunderstood, unappreciated, and victimized by others;
* sullenness, irritability, and argumentativeness in response to expectations;
* angry and pessimistic attitudes toward a variety of events;
* unreasonable criticism and scorn toward those in authority;
* envy and resentment toward those who are more fortunate;
* self-definition as luckless in life and an inclination to whine and grumble about being jinxed;
* alternating behavior between hostile assertion of personal autonomy and dependent contrition (Millon & Radovanov, Livesley, ed., 1995, p. 321).

MAKES ONE WONDER WHO IS PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AMONG US.
Hopefully, not too many.

The problem folks have is they feel they have to CONSTANTLY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY MEANT.......and even those who can type quickly and are long winded enough to go into DETAIL........still are misunderstood, by a few naysayers and doubting Thomases. Most people who have lived long enough know that differences in opinions is what makes the world go round. How BORING it would be if everyone were the same.

Now I know why Gracie wouldn't know what passive-aggressive means... she is none of those things!

However, I DO wonder why Mikey, Harry and Hershey are only two cats...

They can't figure it out either, which may lead eventually to a lot of emotional conflict so we are trying to NOT let that happen by showering them with love. Their dependency needs are so fulfilled that they greet people at the door as if they were dogs and have to be " sent to their room".

I love you C France. You are the kind of person that makes me and everyone else happy here.

Merry Christmas.

.
Had me wondering too! Maybe one has a multiple personality disorder!

Whoops. Just realized after publishing this is off topic! Probably time to change the subject anyway.

Nah, if they were dogs they would just be dressed alike, it would be all good. I think they're conflicted because they are nudists.

You are only supposed to have two pets, so I told them they were now two cats instead of three.
