a lot of folks do not seperate recyclables from the rest of the trash and just put it all together. why? because they are lazy. plain and simple. it is so easy to recycle.

St Timothy's Church near Spanish Springs has a bin in the back for newspapers. The church just outside Summerhill near Southern Trace also has a newspaper bin. Both are clearly marked...newspapers only.
If everyone recycled their Daily Sun...it would add up to be an amazing amount for those less fortunate...and so easy.

The church is New Covenant United Methodist Church. The bin is in the rear of the church. It's behind Publix in Southern Trace shopping center on Route 466.

I take mine to the catholic church near Hacienda Center. Just today there were at least 30 people needing help waiting for the church offices to open. A Orlando company picks up three of those huge bins weekly, the church is paid immediately which makes help available very quick.

I believe there are bins also at the New Covenant Church facility.

The collection bins are very large, probably holding 20 tons of newspaper. A large truck delivers a empty bin and loads a full bin for transport to Orlando. The trucks are customed designed to off load and up load the large bins.

Based on daily market prices. Doesn't seem like a good fundraiser to me.

But, no overhead so every pound is profit.
