There should be an 'opt out' system like the no call register or my preference would be anything addressed to occupant, etc. be put in the trash at the post office before I see it and do the same. That way the PO can still get paid for it and they won't have to go to the trouble of sorting and delivering. Should be easy with their scanner system.
