Default classic location ownership

Yes, we love this site also! It means we’re nearly home after venturing outside the bubble. It was repainted a few yrs ago; we were surprised & wondered if someone lives there. Would hate to see it leave that spot.

Per the Sumter County appraisal site, someone bought it in 2013.

In early 2014 it was voluntarily annexed into the City of Wildwood. It’s a bit under .4 acres in size.

In April, 2016 it was rezoned along with some other properties from “C-2 General Commercial – Neighborhood” to “City of Wildwood, C-1, General Commercial – Downtown.” (Whatever that means.)

And lastly, in July 2016, this property was transferred into a married individual’s trust.

All of this is public info.
Just a moment...

Not talking about ‘side roads’. The general motoring public, in this context....is Powell and 44A. The structure is iconic to many that have posted on this topic....thus....again, my historical preservation comment.

Did the owner do something wrong? Wondering why it's necessary to put him....and his business on blast! Smh

You're right, not necessary. Public records however. Still, edited...
