Credibility = Zero.
Mark Morse was served with a Rule 2004 demand on Feb 16, 2025, with a March 12 production date. His sisters and various entities were served the next day. 8 days later, the family agreed to pay $80,000,000 to settle. I don't blame them, I wouldn't want to open my underwear draw ... the only difference, is I'd have to borrow most of the $80,000,000. I'm sure the family had it sitting around in petty cash.

Those are simple facts from the Bankruptcy filing. Yes, I have an idea.

Common Meanings of PE

Take your pick

Physical Education: School classes focused on sports and exercise.
Professional Engineer: A licensed engineering credential.
Pulmonary Embolism: A dangerous blood clot in the lungs.
Private Equity: Investment funds that buy shares in private companies.
Price-Earnings Ratio (P/E): A financial measure of a company's stock price versus its per-share earnings.
Potential Energy: Stored energy in physics.
Prince Edward Island: A Canadian province (postal abbreviation).
Polyethylene: A common type of plastic material.
I’m with you hear on that! My guess is PE= Public Entity. Is it so difficult to type that?

No idea how this operation would generate the 20 to 30% yearly results private equity requires. Who is going to pay double the purchase price in 3 years. Highly unlikely

No. Just from context you can easily tell that in this thread PE = Pulmonary Embolism.

Seriously? Have you heard about the new development at 470 and the turnpike? Do you thik that's the end of their commercial development? Maybe if people paid attention to reality and not presumption, there wouldn't be so many false rumors around.

Key Aspects of a Rule 2004 Demand

• Broad Scope: Often described as a "fishing expedition," it allows a wider sweep of inquiry than standard civil litigation discovery, covering property transfers, bank accounts, income, and business transactions.

And you might recall they self-reported the issue; it wasn't discovered by some random audit by regulators. And what "major disputes arose" given the self-reporting?

(& to whoever mentioned a Villages IPO, that revenue is why it's not likely. No family business with revenue over $1B, wants to pull their pants down and show the world how it works & I don't blame them.
Do you offer any real facts or just a bunch of wild guesses, depends, bets, and not-likely arguments?
