We bought online from blinds.com. We had no problems. If you choose to buy online, have several family members and/or friends measure your windows. Blinds need to be an exact fit. A neighbor with the same model home gave us the measurements of his newly purchased blinds. This helped immensely. With the correct measurements, you can save quite a bit by purchasing online. Hubby and nephew were able to hang the blinds themselves. They had no difficulties.
