Didn't see it from my house but it sounded like the drone of a prop-engine plane so I'm betting on the DC-3 (or similar)

Heard from a friend who heard it from his friend it was a flying saucer from nearby Alpha Centuri.

We live in Amelia just off Odell and I was able to go outside just as they passed directly overhead and the noise was overpowering!! My wife thought it was a tornado at 1st, but it was 3 Huey helicopters flying VERY LOW, about 500-1000 feet up. My neighbor was terrified thinking they were going to crash into their home. I’d love to know what maneuvers they were on…

I was going to write this exact same post. Isn't it interesting how four eyewitnesses reported very different things. This is a textbook example of why eyewitness testimony must be taken with a grain of salt whether in a court of law, accident investigation, or news article. I've read many a news story about a conviction being overturned years later when new evidence surfaced -- looking back at the original trial that convicted the person, a large portion of the cases hung purely on an eyewitness testimony.
