I've heard there is a way of finding the pricing history of a property in the villages, such as beginning price and each sold price and when. I am about to buy a property in Hemingway and would like to know the pricing history. Any help would be appreciated..

Sumter County Property Appraiser

Just put in the house number and street name. Do not put in the word road, street, loop, etc.

Go to: Zillow.com and Trulia.com
Put in the property address that you are researching. You can also see what other like properties have sold for. It goes back at least 10 years.
It will also give you an estimate of what the price should be of the house you are interested in.
