The cart path off Paradise is owned by The Villages of Lake/Sumter as an undeveloped vacant residential lot. It goes into Sumter County to the west. Old man Schwartz wanted residents to have access to that medical facility area. And it's been like that for many years.

The "lot" at the west end of Bowersox Dr. is unpaved street continuance of Bowersox under the control of the town of Lady Lake and has no street address (it's NOT 1753 W. Schwartz). That "road" and Ron Brown's property (900 Bowersox Dr.) is wholly within Lake County. I wouldn't be surprised if The Villages has first right of refusal to buy that 24 acre parcel.

YOU are the most informed, in the loop, person with inside information I know. And I have read and remembered a lot of posters and posts. If you would say " Jump", I would say "How high?

I would love to know who you really are. I always take you seriously.

Are you sure? I thought his name was Henry F. Potter.

As the thread starter, I would like to request that the Admin close this thread because the issue is being addressed by the VHA a POA and is being discussed in two other threads.
