Yes, you are absolutely right.

When the guy totally blocked our driveway today, we immediately called the Wildwood police. An officer came within ten minutes and confronted the driver, who then moved his vehicle.

Thanks for all of your advice. We will see what happens tomorrow.

If the Police can't find the driver of the vehicle that is blocking your driveway, ask that the vehicle be towed.
Word will get around very quickly.

It may take another call or two to the police but word will get around. Of course the crews will keep changing with the trades on the job sites but the bosses will eventually advise their workers not to park in front of your driveway.

That is exactly what I will do.

I has been a pain going to all 6 houses under construction trying to find the driver of a vehicle blocking our driveway. When a police officer has to do that, I bet that will really irritate him.

When the officer came today, the driver came out right away. I thought it was pretty funny.
