I understand there's a gym with equipment on sight somewhere at TV, but am not sure where.

I also understand you have to pay $5 everytime you use the facility. How good is the equipment? And what kind of machines do they have or Are there other gyms in the area that are less expensive Thanks for the recommendations

3 locations...north - Mulberry Grove; central - Laurel Manor; South - Colony Cottage.

Yes, you can pay $5 per day if you want to "pay as you go"; they also have longer term memberships.

Pretty full range of equipment and seems to be very modern (Colony is only about a year old). Weights, ellipticals, treadmills, etc. There are no personal trainers here so you're on your own.

There is a full fledged wellness center with indoor pool, trainers, etc. but it is more costly. As far as less expensive facilities, someone else will have to chime in.

Best advice is to try out what's available and determine what best fits your needs and budget.
