Default Worst Time Of The Year To Visit

I have experienced TV in December and it was great. I also have read a number of postings recommending one to visit at other times of the year to get a good feel of what to expect year around. So my question is what is the overall worst time of the year to visit TV?

If you're concerned about weather, here's our last year's schedule of visits: Late February, the entire month of April, one week in June, two weeks in September. We moved here totally in November. We thought all the weather was fine, except for a tropical storm one day in September. My husband also spent two weeks here in August and he didn't complain about that either.

The freezing weather we've had recently has been more of a shock to our systems, having avoided cold weather for years. But I suppose it's what you're used to. However, in general, Florida weather in September can be rainy and windy due to the tropical systems. You might want to avoid that month.

If you are coming to TV only to vacation for a few days, the winter and spring months are the most probable.

If you are looking at TV as a serious retirement site, coming here anytime of the year is fine, and coming during each of the seasons is prudent.

There is no "bad time" here.

I love the Villages twelve months a year. I have another beautiful home in Pa and could summer there. I don't. I love it right here...summer, winter, spring and fall.

The WORST time is very INDIVIDUAL.

Personally I like summer. I like the daylight, warmth, and diminished population.

I recognize the need for the surge in population and 'live with it'.

If you want WORST. . . . go to Sheboygan WI

Yup, "worst" is an individual thing....busiest time is between now and mid-April. We have been here year-round for a couple of years now and love it. Snowbirds or if you prefer seasonals have the toughest time..they are here during the high season and then return home for the high season..but it's all an individual thing.

I love hot weather.... I do not like crowded streets, endless waits in restaurants... jammed golf schedules... packed gyms....thus--->gimme summer!
