I agree with the Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwaanza/Holiday tippers. I give the lawn guy, the bush/tree guy, the cleaning woman a week's pay at Christmastime... then 2 weeks pay... then a month's pay, depending on how long they have worked for me.

On the other hand, does anybody here tip the Massey guy? He always seems to come when I'm not home.

We use Stellar as well and if we tipped them every time they came out we would go broke. They are out here all the time.

Yes. We paid them upfront and I will be glad to let you know when I regret it.

Stellar is at the top of my list as well for excellent service. Wonderful warm and friendly guys and suberb workers. We paid in advance last year and we will pay in advance again this year. Not everyone is a crook and THIS company is the opposite of that...they go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.

I also use Stellar and no problems. I am not at my place all the time so tipping isn't possible.
