Smile YEA! House Is Sold

Well my house finally sold. I am so happy.
Now we have to finish packing. Started last fall, and am still going. We got rid of a lot of things. Found a place to rent. Now all we have to do is find a house to buy. Thanks for all the good advice that I have received here.
Have saved some info on things I need to do.

Good luck Cher... Now the fun begins.... packing, unpacking, sorting, tossing.... but remember, you'll be here in TV finally. Let us know if we can help and when your getting here so we can do a meet and greet.

Hi Cher - good news for sure about your house being SOLD! And the timing is perfect. So many great buys in TV right now. In fact, I just finished looking at the new construction homes on the TV website and they have come down maga bucks on some of the homes - as much as $17,000. So if you are looking for a new home - you sure hit it right! Congratulations and best wishes house hunting. I bought in Pennecamp the end of the first week in October. I am delighted with my new Villa and will move in on 11/6. Looking forward to meeting you.

Betty

Congratulations Cher .. consider the worst part over, and the best yet to come. When we first sold and came down we also rented, only problem is we rented for a month and a half. Found our new home in 3 days and closed in 3 and a half weeks, so we lost money on the rental which was okay with us because we got to move into the new one without to long of a wait. Picked out our furniture after we found the house we wanted and it was delivered the day before we moved in. Can't believe how smoothly things went once we got here.

Here's a toast and a hearty well wish to you. The good thing is that this kind of stress is happy and exciting as opposed to the kind of stress involved with trying to sell your house. Good luck you will be in your very own home in TV before you know it.

Congratulations Cher!! It must be a huge relief to have sold your home and moving to TV! Only the best if yet to come!
Obxgal congratulations to you too! I also rented, found a house in three days, closed a week and a half later and poof I am in my house, furniture in place and having the time of my life all in a months time!
Hope your packing and your move goes nice and smooth!

Wow...Congratulations! We just had a realtor in on Saturday and are waiting for our Market Analysis. We will be renting in TV the week of November 15th and hope to be able to tour around more and check out some open houses. I am so scared just starting the process but can only imagine how happy you are right now. Again, have a GREAT time finding the house of your dreams!
