My favorite village would be one without 45 Porta-Pottys lining the entrance to the neighborhood and a Roach coach blocking the road with 14 cement mixer trucks and 21 dump trucks and about 300 construction workers blocking the only street that leads to the homes of it's wonderfully patient residents!!!!!

When you dance, you have to pay the piper. All that will be quickly gone and soon a memory. Get back to me in six months.

Gracie, it sounds like you described TV to a "T". That is why so many of us are there, or on our way. It is a very special place and each village is special in it's own way.
We were thinking of Pinellas when we were there, but bought a lot, sight unseen (except a video our SA made for us) in Gilchrist.

So Gilchrist will be our favorite Village!! I have already received neighborly greetings from those who have just moved in and they are loving it, as I am sure we will! The friendliness and helpull attitudes are throughout TV, but These people have been awesome in greeting their future neighbors.

I am excited about being close to Brownwood which I think will develop into a fantastic Town Square. We love the open visita which we can view from our home, and the golf Cart drive to Colony Plaza for some frozen yogurt....ah...I mean Publix, is a short one.

I think everyone loves their Village and considers it the best, or else they move 3 times to find their perfect spot!

Honestly, I've never seen one that I don't like.

Omigod, what was I thinking?! False pride and ego? My head is hung in shame. (Actually, the rest of me is just too big to hang anywhere....) Will you ever forgive me?

Then again, it's hard to find a home in the Lynnhaven Corridor. After all, there is no moving any further up once you get here, so no one leaves. And for that occasional house that does make it to the market, it is snatched up virtually immediately!

Y'all come to visit the Lynnhaven Corridor. Oh, you're here already? Well, come back to visit again soon....

Always meant to mention I love your beer quote. I plagiarize it regularly!
