I'm Rocky. My wife Jackie & I currently live in the Baltimore area. Jackie's mom & dad live in TV, Belvedere to specific. We'll be arriving later this week to spend some time with them and purchase a home here. We have a pretty good list that includes some homes in TV and a couple of the surrounding communities. You'll find more of a home for less money outside TV but not the lifestyle.

We also live in Belvedere Village, it's a great location, very convenient. If you're retirement age, you'll love TV. If you're younger with a family, there are some great family homes just north of Belvedere Village on CR 101, just outside the TV boundary.

First thanks to all for the welcomes! I am just over the "55" line, my wife is not yet, nor will she be for several years. Our children are grown & on their own now. We will both be following our careers after our move south, but we want to settle ourselves into a 55+ community. Our desire is to be closer to her mother & dad at this point in their lives.

We just returned from our house hunting expedition. We spent 2 weeks with my wife's parents in TV. We wound up buying in Stonecrest, although with Jackie's mom & dad living in Belvedere, we'll be around a lot.
