Default Bikes, Roller Blades

I am wondering if there are rules about biking and roller blading?

Serious bikers use the roads. Recreational bikers use the rec trails. I see roller blades on the residential streets and rec trails.

I think it's a bad idea!
Biking = OK
Roller blading = OK
Biking AND roller blading = not OK
Biking, roller blading and juggling = probably not against the rules, but a terrible idea (But if you can do it, I'd love to see it!)

Cyclist have same right to the road as the cars. Got to watch for them, as cyclist need to watch for cars and carts. Most cycling groups here in The Villages will take up a lane as they approach a round-a-bout when they are in a pack so the cars do not block them off.
Inline skating should not be on the main roads, BV,, Morse and so on I would imagine.

Path over the bridge on Morse is the bad one for speeding. I think it is 10mph on the bridge cart path. You will get plum ran over at that speed.
