Finally. House has been completed in Pennecamp, settlement finished. Next week by this time I will be a permanent resident of TV. I am so excieted. It has been a three year process from my first visit until final decision. Spent the winter (cold) in rental at TV but made the final decision on the move from PA. Can't wait to meet everyone.

Welcome to TV, Korman. I think I would have been assigned to a rubber room if it had taken us that long. I only started looking seriously last June, Had decided on a property in January and started the process. (pre-owned) Stopped at TV in March to finalize things and ended up starting over with a different property. Ended up closing Apr 29 and will be moving our stuff down (finally) 1st week of Aug. Can't wait. May be able to catch up with you at one of the Crisper's luncheons after we get down there. Enjoy!

Welcome to the neighborhood We just built a Camellia on Ashwood Run in Pennecamp and will close on July 7th. Unfortunately we'll be part timer's for awhile but from when the 1st visit began April 27th to now I think we've accomplished quite a lot. Look forward to the opportunity to meet all our new neighbors and enjoy the TV lifestyle.
