It is really cold here 33 degrees..yuch..
We will be closing 2/11/13..On Allaire loop. But alas, not permanent for at least 1 more year..
Bright side is we will get to meet more new future friends..

We are closing on 12/28/12 and moving to our new home on Hollyhock Way on 01/14/13. We originally were building an Iris on Ridgewood Path but traded and purchased a finished Lantana that matched our likes and needs therefore skipping design, building, waiting, etc. Look forward to meeting neighbors in Fernandina and Gilchrist in a few weeks. Cheers!
