I am in my late 50's and even though moving down there, I would still like to work part-time. Are there many opportunities for work throughout the Villages? I do have my CDL-B (passenger) and although it is currently from Ohio, I am hoping to transfer it to Florida.
It depends if you want a new home or pre-owned. All homes closest to the squares will be pre-owned. We chose new, don’t want used home. And they are building new centers by the new developments. So, you have to decide yourself. From Ohio too. I was born and raised in Garfield Hts, suburb of Cleveland.

Hey, not necessarily...when we were first looking , pre-owned homes were more expensive then new homes. Cause people did all theses upgrades and you are paying for it. We bought new and have more upgrades then friends in a house in lake Sumter and Brownwood. They put a lot of upgrades in new homes. More modern looks and colors. Look at everything.
