My wife and I are in the works. We're from long Island can't wait. Have visited several times, in fact just got back last week. We're looking at the Jassmin not to big not to small. One piece of advise we were give, don't by more then you need. There is indeed way to much to do here,not that much time for your house or housework. This TOV is a great site. Planning a lifestyle visit and contrct signing in June. My last winter in the North.

Not that this is bad, but the Sun Kissed is the Amerillo without:
-pocket doors
-blinds
-garage door opener
-railing on front porch
-large pad off lanai
I don't know about the other appliences. It seems that they are taking the more popular models and seeing how they can build them for less. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.
