Three counties - Sumter (probably 75% of TV), Marion (probably 15%) and Lake (probably the rest - 10%). Taxes are different in each county. ALSO, if you are in Lake County (Spanish Springs area and a lot of the Historic District) you are most likely in the City of Lady Lake, which has some taxes over and above Lake County. Some (very little) of the Historic District is in Lake County only. Someday (but not yet) I think the southern most parts of TV, down past 466a towards 44a, may be in the City of Wildwood.

I am not sure which part of the historic district is in Lake County only and not in Lady Lake, possibly none of it. I just remember a road repaving discussion from a few years ago in which it was mentioned that it was a Lady Lake project so some few Lake County only roads would not be included. I do remember that it was a very few roads and a very small area that was involved. Things change so maybe, today, none of the historic district is in Lake County but not in Lady Lake.
