Smile Lifestyle visit

I am visiting in November for my Lifestyle visit. My question is: are you able to do more than one lifestyle visit? I would like to come back for a couple more visits before purchasing a home.

yes but what ever perks you get the first time, there are none the second time and after. if you plan on coming down for a week or more it would be better to rent someones home and exlore the villages

TV is very big. You should take the trolley tour. A week willl fly by.

Some few years ago people were offered a lot more freebies and perks and more than one opportunity to come for a "Lifestyle Visit".

Now that they have all of us satisfied customers telling how great this place is the word of mouth advertising has replaced the television advertising and there aren't even billboards telling us about this place on major highways.

We have all done such a good job telling our friends, neighbors and relatives about TV..(none of who believe us at first) that more than one Lifestyle visit is no longer offered. Apparently, the developers cannot build homes fast enough to keep up with the people who want to buy them.

Makes me feel glad we have been there and done that and got freebies even.

You, OP, will just love it here, even MORE than you expected. Be prepared to rent, but don't be too surprised if you buy on your first visit. We have never done anything so impulsive in our lives and we have never regretted it.

In May 2012 our TV sales agent said, we could come back one more time on the lifestyle preview, when we are ready to buy to give her a call.

Do not know if that has changed in the past few months or not.

Smile Lifestyles Visit

Back in May we stayed @ The Hampton Inn in TV. It was nice, but a bit out of the way. We stayed in TV through the Lifestyles Program Sept. 2-6. One night prior to checking in to the Lifestyles Villa, we stayed @ The Holiday Inn Express in TV (on Rt 441). We were very pleased with HI Ex. Our room was upgraded to a suite upon check-in because we are members of HI Ex Club. Their breakfast buffet was nicely presented and quite good. Our total bill for a one night stay was $78 and some change. So...if you can't do a second Lifestyles visit stay @ HI Ex. If you desire a golf cart, rent one for a day. We didn't use the one @ our Villa because of the exhaust smell and lack of power.

The next time we return to TV we will be staying in our own home...we bought a home in TV last week. YEP...we drank the kool-aide! We can't wait until we can spend more time in TV!!! Our Sales & Marketing Rep was Dan Baker. Dan is a great guy and excellent at his job...it's like he knew us before we ever talked to him back in May. Dan found us the perfect house and we had no intention of buying this time either! We had planned to rent for a month or two before we purchased anything. If you are looking for a good Sales Rep look up Dan Baker...you won't be disappointed!

I rented a patio villa in Sabal Chase in October last year. I loved the location -- close to Lake Sumter Landing. Have fun moving in and getting settled.

You are able to come twice for a Lifestyle Preview Plan, but the second one is indeed recommended thru your agent. If you were to purchase a lot, you would meet with a design team and then come back again for 3-7 days for that. I stayed again in the Creekside homes! Now I am final and will have my new home in Dec! Just flying out this afternoon.
