Joe, we do plan to cut our losses and head south it's just disappointing that you can't get what you put into a house when you sell it any more.

Lbmb, My brother lives in Suwanee very near Johns Creek. It's one of the nicest areas around Atlanta. We actually lived in Snellville for the last 40 years and just sold our house there. We are trying to sell the other house in Loganville so we can "vamoose" to TV.

Again I feel your pain as I had a hard time getting my condo to sell, (over three years). I have to remind myself, that many people, are in the same boat. It relly stinks when you have to take a big hit on real estate. I know someone who took a half million dollar hit. OUCH!!!! I remember the days when you couldn't ever lose money in real estate. As Yogi Berra says, "who wouda thunk it".

You have to keep in mind and say to yourself, "it's all worth it". Hopefully, it will sell real soon, and your problem is solved.
