New member, first post.

My husband and I have been to The Villages about 7 times. We love, love, love TV. I'm still working full-time (7 more years and I'll be 55), so it's going to be a while before we move down.
For those of you who will be selling your home "up north" there was a great article in the Minneapolis Star & Tribune about selling your home. If you have a potential buyer who has looked at your home several times, don't wait for them to make you an offer, make them an offer. Just think how much quicker you can move to TV. Last year, we were so close to buying a home in Liberty Park. If the owners wrote up a formal offer and called us over, we would have purchased the home.
