We close on our house on Markridge Loop in Pennecamp on May 21. It doesn't look like anyone is living on our Loop yet. Anyone out there that's coming? I can't wait!!!!!!

We closed on our Markridge Loop home on April 28th but have not yet moved in. Originally was to have been May 7th but we asked them to advance it as our 6 month rent ended on April 30th. Have not yet moved in and probably won't until late August/early September. Back in Connecticut to finish up some business and get ready for the move. See you all soon. We will be full time.

I just discovered yesterday that Markridge Loop is one street away from me! It will be nice to have neighbors. Drove down Markridge yesterday, very nice. It looks like a few houses are complete, but don't know if anyone is living there yet. Maybe they are your houses!

We moved into the Altamonte Villas 3 weeks ago today, and I think we might have been the first ones here. We are the first CYV on the right, so please stop by when you get here.
